Appropriately enough, I once again called upon Jamie to write his half of the conversation. I watched a bit of the game but only because my older daughter’s a fan. I’ve been desperately trying to get her into Game of Thrones before the final season but she, like Jamie, has zero interest. That’s probably best, as I don’t really want to be the parent who pressured his child into watching 73 hours of incest, sexual assault and graphic violence on a show where at least three regular characters have been castrated.
I’m so goddamn happy it’s back, I can’t even tell you.
